Prompts and Inputs
Text, instructions, and other content you provide to generate Smart Contracts.
Wallet Addresses
Public blockchain addresses you connect to or use with the Service.
Contact Information
Email address or other contact information if you contact us directly.
Account Information
If you create an account, any information provided during registration.

1.2. Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data
Pages visited, features used, timestamps, click patterns, and interaction data.
Device and Browser Data
IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
Blockchain Data
Transaction hashes, deployed contract addresses, chain IDs, and deployment metadata associated with your use of the Service.
Log Data
Server logs including IP addresses, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and collect analytics data. See Section 6 for details.

1.3. Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services you use to interact with the Service, such as wallet providers (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect) and authentication services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Providing the Service
Processing your Prompts, generating Smart Contract code, deploying contracts, and operating the platform.
Sharing with AI Providers
Your Prompts are transmitted to third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate Smart Contract code. These providers process your Prompt data pursuant to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Improvement and Development
Analyzing usage patterns to improve the Service, train models, develop new features, and fix bugs.
Security and Fraud Prevention
Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity, including sanctions compliance screening.
Compliance
Complying with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests, including OFAC sanctions screening.
Communication
Responding to your inquiries and sending service-related communications.
Analytics
Understanding how users interact with the Service to inform product decisions.

3. How We Share Your Information

AI Model Providers
Prompts and related inputs are shared with third-party AI providers to generate code. We cannot control how these providers process, store, or retain your data beyond our contractual agreements with them.
Infrastructure Providers
We use third-party cloud hosting, RPC node providers, and other infrastructure services that may process your data as part of providing their services to us.
Analytics Providers
We may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) that collect and process usage data.
Legal and Compliance
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Discove, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With Your Consent
We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Blockchain Data (Public by Nature)

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are inherently public. Any information recorded on a public blockchain — including wallet addresses, transaction data, and deployed contract addresses — is permanently and publicly accessible. Discove has no ability to delete, modify, or restrict access to data recorded on public blockchains. This Privacy Policy does not apply to data that is publicly available on blockchain networks.

5. Data Retention

5.1. We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

5.2. Prompts and generated code may be retained indefinitely for the purposes of improving the Service, unless you request deletion.

5.3. We reserve the right to delete any data at any time without notice. We have no obligation to retain data on your behalf.

5.4. Some data may persist in backups, logs, or archived records even after deletion from active systems.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

6.1. Essential Cookies. Required for the Service to function (session management, authentication, security). These cannot be disabled.

6.2. Analytics Cookies. Used to understand how users interact with the Service. These may be provided by third-party analytics services.

6.3. Managing Cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may impair Service functionality.

6.4. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your Rights

8.1. General Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements);
  • object to or restrict certain processing of your information; and
  • request data portability.

8.2. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

  • the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and

  • performance of a contract (providing the Service);
  • legitimate interests (improving the Service, security, fraud prevention);
  • compliance with legal obligations; and
  • consent (where applicable).

You have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For GDPR purposes, Discove, Inc. is the data controller. Third-party AI providers that process your Prompts act as data processors or independent controllers depending on their terms.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where Discove or its service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

11. Do Not Track

The Service does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals from browsers. There is no uniform standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, and we do not alter our data collection practices based on DNT signals.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party.
